DJ Modular started with two guys and one idea. Dan and Joel, with over 40 years in the building industry between them.
Today we are leading the way in bespoke modular homes. We combine sustainable building practices with luxury aesthetics, and we work with you to build your dream home rather than hand you something off a list.
We believe in bringing your ideas to life with the least disruption to your life. Built off site, delivered complete.

Talk it through
Tell us about your block and what you are after. We will be straight with you on price, timing and whether modular suits your site.
Built off site
Your home takes shape in our Ipswich facility. Steel frame, Colorbond, kitchen, bathroom, floors. Your block stays untouched the whole time.
Delivered complete
We crane it in, level it and connect it. It arrives finished, not as a construction site in your backyard.
