A full family home, delivered complete
Our largest design. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC across 14.4 x 8.4m, built as two modules and joined on site.
The main bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom has a bath as well as a shower, and the toilet is a separate WC off the hallway. Three people can get ready at once without anyone queuing.
All three bedrooms have built-in robes. The kitchen runs a long island with a walk-in pantry, and the lounge and dining share one open space with the deck off the side.
This is a permanent family home, not a cabin. Built off site in Ipswich and delivered complete.

Floor plan
Two modules join on site. The plan shows two deck layouts to choose from, 4.0 x 4.2m off the dining or 5.0 x 3.0m along the front. Both are options, not included in the base price.
