A complete home in 12 x 3 metres
Our 1 Bedroom design does what a small home should do. Open living, a proper kitchen, and a bedroom that fits a real bed with robes either side. No wasted space, no compromise on the bits you actually use.
It works as a granny flat, a first home, a rental on an existing block, or a weekender. Built off site in our Ipswich facility, so your block stays untouched until the day we deliver it.
Want it changed? We do bespoke. Layout, finishes, colours, we will work through it with you.
