Two bedrooms, properly separated
The 2 Bedroom 14 x 4m puts a bedroom at each end and the living in between. That separation matters when you are sharing with family, a housemate, or guests who stay a while.
Both bedrooms take a queen and have built-in robes. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry, and the laundry is its own room, not squeezed into the bathroom.
Good as a first home, a downsizer, a rental, or a second dwelling on an existing block. Built off site in Ipswich and delivered complete.
