Two modules joined into one wide, open home. Delivered complete and ready to live in.
The wide one. Room to actually spread out
This is two modules joined on site into a single 12 x 7.2m home. The extra width changes how it feels. The lounge, dining and kitchen sit in one big open space instead of a corridor.
Both bedrooms have built-in robes. The bathroom, toilet and laundry are all separate rooms, so nobody is waiting on anybody. There is a linen cupboard and a walk-in pantry too.
Suits a couple wanting a proper home rather than a compact one, a downsizer who does not want to feel squeezed, or a permanent rental. Built off site in Ipswich.
